Hello from indonesia bali
The sad thing is that everything has an end,but the best thing is that all these materials will be recycled.congratulations to the producers and manufacturers. ❤.
Yes, in North Korea they recycle the cars by cutting them in half and turning them into a human powered rickshaw.
Aww did i see all episoides?? does the channel start over?
All I can think of is that junkyard scene from The brave Little toaster.
Teşekkürler
Hello from Australia 🇦🇺 another fantastic video from the amazing Korean people. I will visit one day 😊
The borax melts into a glass-like film on the metal. This prevents air from getting between the two pieces of metal you want to stick together.
The problem with air is it has oxygen in it, this causes a very thin layer of oxidation. That oxidation prevents the metal from sticking...
So borax saves the day, without it you need to build an air-tight container around the chain first
Nice knives!
What a bummer, the second generation of these immigrants are gonna ruin south Korea.
I wana motorcycle chain knife!! Sooo cool!!
Very sad to see these cars end their life like that. 😥
All those shredders and equipment but that dude has to use the finger chopper 9000 on a bunch of tin plates
Why so many other vehicles stacked up that look like nothing wrong with them? They don't look wrecked or damaged.
This video is absolutely fascinating! ♻🏭 The innovative recycling and manufacturing processes showcased here are truly impressive. Thank you for highlighting the incredible work being done in Korean factories! 🌟👏
All those license plates going to waste! Do you know how much I could patch up my floorboard with all those. Maybe half!
Whilst the film showed steel being added to the furnace, I think the man-hole covers were probably cast-iron, not cast-steel. Evidence: Knocking off the sprue with a hammer and the small chips coming off the lathes. Steel doesn't break easily and the swarf is usually in long lengths.
Top movie though. What about showing us what happens to the aluminium wheels?
Usually gather and recycle is more expensive than just make new, prop to everyone work in the field
The last job I did before retiring 22 years ago, was replace a car shredder. The body was 3" thick steel and weighed 1,000,000 pounds. The solid drum that shreds the cars was 12' wide & 8' in diameter. It has 18 - 900 pound hammers spinning at 800RMP's. It runs so fast that it takes 3 men to load cars onto the conveyor as fast as they can. Running 24/7 it fills up a ship with scrap steel every 6 days. The 7,000HP electric motor uses 14,700 volts. The cost was $6,400,000. & took 6 weeks to finish. The assorted machines that accompanied the shredder were to separate the other parts of cars besides steel. The only thing NOT recycled was foam, cloth and carpet.
Lol. Bz. Prout.
Black guys in Korea? I was blown away! Wonder what life is like for them.👍
Their manufacturing process is amazing.🎉
So dirty on the ground
The subtitles was hilarious
Love the written comments on screen.
Não vi nada de incrível.
I am 39 years old, I have never owned a car until now. I am from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Come back tomorrow we put it all back together....
The claw operators have been doing that for a long time. they are good. It looks like a fun job, Outstanding video in all aspects and excellent visual commentary. Thank you

Very impressed with the lack of security measures and the high risk of an accident my respect for the Korean people because is very similar to any country in Asia and Pakistan
The borax acts as an slag cleaner for brass at least!!!!!
