Heroes brings back so many memories. It was so gripping and unpredictable.

This was such an anti climax. The whole series was excellent and then this was all they could come up with

And that's when Sylar should have died one time and for all time.

Actually, Peter not using his powers kinda makes sense to me. Imagine picking up a new video game, getting a bunch of endgame moves and combos you don’t know how to use very well, then get told to fight the endgame boss without dying while someone points a gun at your head. Just because he “has” powers doesn’t mean he knows how to use them, certainly not while someone is actively trying to kill him. Versus Sylar, who very deliberately chooses powers based on strategy and insight, and he is far more experienced at simply using powers to kill and fight than Peter.

This show (and TV in general) died because of a writers strike that led to a form of "entertainment" that required no talent - reality TV. We now have a new writer strike - what is going to die now?

This is my favorit series so far. but need more fight choreography, and the writer always kill potential charachter with great ability.

Season 1 of heroes is one of my favourite ever shows! Season 2 was awful

It seems that good shows are always ruined and cancelled, while garbage keeps perpetuating itself forever.

"Turns out you're the villain Peter, I'm the hero..."

The problem with this scene is that Niki could literally punch through someones body with her strength.

Using that parking meter she would have decapitated Sylar instantly and Peter would have shattered and crushed what remained until nothing but pulp was left.

Too many times Sylar takes injuries that should have simply killed him lacking regenerative abilities.

God the actor who played Peter was such garbage...

I have an amazing story. One time I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. I started getting chills and I felt so comfortable with Him.
I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would.
So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..."
I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly...
I started getting flooded with chills inside, and started crying. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car.

I've been getting amazing prayers answered for around 5 years since, because that experience made me stop doubting when I pray, and I follow Biblical instructions, best I can.

it really would've been better if they had stopped at season 1, or at least hired competent writers who understood the characters they were working with. super disappointing how they ran their own show into the ground, so many missed opportunities

This show was when show runners were creative, bald and apolitical.

A lot of people bash this confrontation, but I liked it, it was more "realistic" not flashy, not loud, just people doing what they can.

As a freaking 12 yearold, i could tell this fight was lacking, i swear to god. Hiro being able to run all of that without Sylar doing anything? How does that make sense?

Im all for suspension of disbelief. But not when it cheapens the fabric of reality the show has been trying to create for 22 episodes. Come on

I wish Heroes would be rebooted today even with new actors but it couldve been so freaking beautiful...

Loved Heroes, but it should have ended there.
All stories connect, sylar dies, and everybody dies as well.
Starts well, ends well, no need to exploy the series for more seasons.

This series could have been so perfect if they stuck with the original plan and left Sylar and Peter dead. Originally they planned to let the season one cast's story arc end here and introduce new characters for the next season. But the network thought that the popularity of the season 1 characters was too bankable to not bring them back, so the network sapped the creative vision of the original writers and the other seasons were not as good.

I am typically against remakes but this show could definitely use one. It's an easy-to-sell concept today, it would benefit from the increased budget and it would not have to go the same bath it went on S3 that lead to this show's demise. More or less the same story and characters with new actors. Thing is Heroes S1 was phenomenal and so was Zachary Quinto as Sylar. But oh well... it could work.
