Why do use your sun protection 1st, not as the last component? You want to avoid it on your skin, so why not after all these layers ?

You look and are just great. I’m 66, too, and decided last summer to begin taking really good care of my skin. It was fun learning about the different products and buying new makeup, too. That had expired during the pandemic. I took selfies and was proud that I looked nicer than I had in years.🙂

I love your long thin buckets for the morning and evening! That is brilliant. And even though I switch out ingredients from time to time, they’ll still be manageable with that sequential method. Love it!

Hi, love this channel. Can anyone tell me how to get ION skin support in Canada. I have had 2 bouts of facial skin cancer in the last year and this sounds great but is not available in Canada. Or alternatives?

I'm sorry to be a sourpuss, but I was taken aback by your title. Did you mean BUDGET as a joke? I totaled up the cost of all these items and it came to over a thousand dollars! Granted, a good portion of that amount was the cost of the machines. If, like me, you had a budget of $100.00, which of these items would you consider top priorities? Right now I cleanse, moisturize, and use sunscreen. You do look fabulous, by the way.

Hello ,( kind of long ) a question about am routine "sort of" .If you know your going to sweat , like work out at gym or working in the garden , do you wait till you do those or do it over or wait a time till it "sinks in" . When I'm in the garden I feel like I sweat off all that I just put on . Help in anyway ?
