How To Setup Alerts In OBS using Streamlabs (2020)

Hiii for me when i paste the link i dont get a red box that i can move. It works but it's stuck in one place any ideas?

The tester works but when someone actually subs, nothing happens! Do I need to launch it to work in real time?
