ОтветитьMan, I been incorporating a different 10min bullyjuice ab video in my last 4 workouts and along with hitting the bike for 20 mins and full body workouts my gut is already gone. Full disclosure: love handles are still there but I haven’t seen the definition of my 6 pack til now…. Gonna be consistent this whole month and work on tightening everything up!
PS: I used to have to press pause to catch my breath, but I did this workout the whole way thru. Thanks BullyJuice 💪🏽
Will doing this everyday actually get me a 6 pack?

ОтветитьThis video along with the 5 minutes shoulder lvl 2, 5 minutes back level 2, 5 minutes chest and 16 minutes biceps/triceps, have been my weekly core exercise for a year. You won’t believe the strength that I gain thanks to that, not only it increase my strength but it also help me with not getting injuries etc at the gym. I do this 45 minutes combination once a week for a year, I used to have back pain, shoulder pain while lifting, not anymore and I increased substantially my strength! Thanks Bully Juice!
