@gordon ramsay leaving out the amount of water and cooking temp is sloppy, you have fired cooks for this lack of attention to detail but it seems to be OK for you, SAD.

ОтветитьWhy? Just why? Brisket is for smoking over the course of 10 to 16 hours. That was the blandest looking most driest piece of disappointment I've ever seen.

ОтветитьInexpensive I disagree I just bought one for a change of pace and just about Keeled over how much meat is hiking up this year and no signs of slowing down thanks to JT destroying the economy in Canada at 7.1 kg at $30.84 a kg this piece of meat cost$54.46 to you rich people like you, that’s cost of a hotdog for you, but for the average consumer after covid the majority of consumers are on a budget and is almost a week worth of meat yes you get stuff you can make with leftovers but a family of four and three of them hearty male eaters there isn’t much left so when you say cheap exactly what do you mean???
