Love your animation and choosing Anne to be more cunning. Anne Boleyn is my favourite historical figure, yet she is constantly misrepresented in media - including in Six. She's either portrayed as a ditz to make her look more innocent or a cunning homewrecker when in reality she was neither.
1) She was just as religious as Catherine of Aragon, except she had some reformist beliefs.
1.5) Her religion informed her choice to say NO at first to Henry and say NO to being a mistress. She even tried to marry a different man (coincidentally also named Henry; Henry Percy) but HVIII and Cardinal Wolsey BLOCKED the marriage. And HOW DO YOU SAY NO TO A KING WITH ABSOLUTE POWER OVER YOU - you can't, ultimately. Especially not when he continues to pursue her like a predator.
2) She WAS very smart; she was given an extraordinary education for a woman of her time and at foreign noble courts at that.
3) It's so anti-feminist to say "well, no means yes". Contrary to some depictions, Henry VIII was not stupid and she did NOT "trick" him into the throne; that's erasing HIS ACTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY for all of this. She did not lead him on; there was no precedent for a king to divorce a queen and Anne could NOT have known what was going to happen.
So yeah, Toby and Lucy really fumbled the ball when it came to Anne Boleyn and SIX is NOT a good representation of Anne when looking into her personality and life.
