If I can only afford one bond repair which would you recommend of the 3?

I have been using a mix of drugstore and bond repair products you recommended and following your general guidelines. I felt for so long it wasn’t working much - I have tried for years to grow my hair past my chest - but put my hair in braids the other day and realized it went down to my waist. 😅 I have extremely dry, high porosity hair despite never dying or heating it. I remember begging for a perm in middle school, and it fell out in a couple of months. I dyed my hair black once about ten years ago, and that fell out too. That was the last time I tried doing anything to it. Is it just my genetics? I’ve always preferred my hair long, but it is a little sad that it always looks so damaged. I’m going to keep growing it anyways though. 😊

I thought we had to wash out with shampoo the redken bond repair mask.

So when you use Redken ABC after K18, do you rinse your hair afterwards or not?

How often did you get trims and do you still use Color Wow?

Ok so I’ve bought these products but I’m not seeing what regular shampoo and conditioner she recommends during using these products. Am I missing something or does anyone know what she recommends?? Thanks!!

Ladies with thick, textured, curly/frizzy, Long, Leonard, unruly did I mention huge? Hair… Use an 80’s pick and that is all.

Also, is it a problem if I only wash my hair once a week? I felt like I heard that was better. Plus I bleach it so I figure less is better. I've been using your guide, and all your tips butttt still no growth. I did just start bleaching it though in June. I want to keep the blonde but I want the length too. Ugh.. so either way, just curious on number of washes. If I'm only washing once, should do all three bond repair then in the same wash? And purple shampoo?

I'm in the beginning phase of my hair journey. So glad I found your videos. I aspire to have hair like yours, it's so beautiful.
I moved to a new place, brand new renovation with a brand new shower put in and I was the first to use it... it got clogged with what felt like half a wig's full of hair in just a few weeks. Freaked out like never before and now here I am lol. I'm learning a lot and hopefully I can turn this ship around.

I’ve kept my hair super long and bleach blonde since I was 15 and as soon as I turned 18 I just went crazy with doing different colors and cut it a few times. I’ve been growing it out since 2020 but bc I would do half and half colors sometimes (never with black, only half blonde with color, I have extremely blonde eyebrows lol) the right side of my hair is so damaged compared to the left side:( I cut about 6 inches off in January to trim it and get it to the same length on each side but the right side ends are still so much thinner from breakage 💔I know I have to just keep cutting off the damage but it sucks:(

Abbey i’m so glad i came upon your channel. New subscriber here and I absolutely love your channel. I had the misfortune of overprocessed hair and then I went and tried Redken acid bond building pre-treatment and it just made my whole situation worse and I only use the pre-shampoo treatment once but I’m definitely gonna follow your tips my hair is breaking off at all different levels, and it was down past my shoulders. I have fine hair and used to straighten every single day for over 10 years I just recently discovered I have wavy/curly hair and I’m trying to learn how to care it and style it in a way that makes me happy. It’s hard because I haven’t found a routine that gives me consistent results that I’m happy with. Plus trying to heal my hair from years of heat styling damage. I also feel that a lot of the products that are recommended don’t work for my fine wavy hair. Do you have any recommendations?

I bought that coconut oil and use as a pre shampoo treatment. My hair looks so much better ! My hair has always grown 😆 slow. I'm so thankful for you 😊

Hi Abbey! I have a question: I have been using K18 since October 2022, but now I still use it every 5-6 Washes, BUT… I stoped seeing improvements. I bleeched my hair after 2 years of no bleaching, and now I cant even make my hair look as good as after 2-4 Month of use. Is it possible that the product looses its potency when u use it for so long? ❤
