React TypeScript Tutorial - 14 - useContext Hook

Dear sir, will you please elaborate how to pass useref from context in react ts

I am new to react and earlier you mention in the video on props (Styled components), we can pass the style as a prop. Couldn't we have passed the theme as a prop?

why cant you just use same theme object and directly apply it to the box style omitting useContext completely idk
