Mars should be bombed with asteroids. The shuttle could be sent by humans to the asteroid belt. The shuttle then would attach, accelerate and let go of the asteroids hurtling towards Mars. This could be used to heat up and increase the mass of the Red Planet over centuries.

Water and gases behave very different on Mars. Why leave the Earth. We can just utilize these planets and astroides to make life on Earth the best it can for the Earth's echosystem.
