Recently, I came through one weird scenarion in excel. Where I have hyperlinks in 4 cells in a row it may be 4 or 3 or 2 some cells are empty in that 4 cells. I need all hyperlinks in a single cell .

how do I retrieve only name data where the name has a title in front of the name and a title behind the name, for example H. Syahlan Mirsyad, S.Kom , so I want only Syahlan Mirsyad.

For example in tab 2 there are the list payments for example credit card, insurance, debit card and there is another folder or if possible in a google drive each payment has a partner image showing the receipts. I need to perform VLOOKUP/or XLOOKUP from my own company's proprietary our carrier numbers format and see if the outside company's (my client) also has the same carrier number. However, the column from the outside source that I"m looking up by performing the VLOOKUP, the outside company has numbers with formats of special characters: 129-123W-1234~567. And my comp's same number as it without special characters: 129123W1234567. Hence they're considered same carrier number and that's what i need to compare and abstract with my VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP function at the end of the day.

So, i need to clean up the data of the column with the special characters in order to then perform the VLOOKUP. I found an Excel Add-In that cleans up the special characters from the column. Is that best way to clean up or is there another better function I can perform myself?

Hi Leila. I've watched many of your Excel videos and have learnt enough to run my spice business (including recipes and costing) from Excel.

I do need help with one concept though: if I update a cost of a raw ingredient and it changes the cost of a final product (eg if the price of Dhania seeds goes up, it will increase the cost of Garam masala), is there a way to hilight any products that would be affected by price change? As in the example, not only would Garam masala price change but several others, is there no method that would be able to help me spot which final products increased in cost?

By the way you taught me 90% of what I know in excel as a matter of fact you taught me power query and that we can add an additional calculated field in pivot....thank you for that

I have a very huge data and trying to use power query pivot. I wanted to add a additional field in the power query pivot and stuck since its need to be a formula using if and minifs. I dont think power query will accept the usual syntax if(H2="APPROVED,IF(MINIFS($M:$M,C$:C$,C2,H$:H$,"APPROVED")=M2,"IN","OUT")

After that it will be , and again H2="Declined" and IF(MINIFS($M:$M,C$:C$,C2,H$:H$,"Declined")=M2,"IN","OUT")

I am not how to create this in power query pivot as an additional field

My boss ask me to define parameters of product matching. It has an more than 100 column and rows. And has 3 type of criteria which is allowed / not allowed/ N/A. And in each rows has a range between a specific number can follow the criteria and for columns specific type that can match the product..

the question is .. do you have a video reference that i can look .. or any idea what i can do for set an algorithm to get product matching

Hello dear Leila hope you will. this is your kindly that you help me in one biggest problem while using excel such us a database , I use from excel in my company we have more than 100 contract from different country per year , I have one sheet for entry all contracts sales , other sheet like journal entry , receiving and paying money from customers and other account entry in this sheet , one other sheet like all customers and other account and also one sheet like stocks and wheelhouse that show met all remaining goods , and I used sumifs in my accounting to answer me correctly. but my excel database working so slowly and very bad working .
