Installing the new VKS Power Barrel

I wish I had seen this video before I wasted 10 minutes fretting over how I was going to get a grip on the barrel to insert and twist to lock it. The ol' stick the finger inside trick. Oh well, back to the salt mines where I belong.

Is it the same turny channel groove fit as the FSC?

Will you do an FPS comparison of Power barrel vs stock vs grimberg?

I have 2 Grimburg FSCs. The Grimburg offered is .686 to accommodate. 68 v1 & HP68.
Forgive me because I'm new to VKS purchase. My question is because Mercy/DK barrel is .685, will the Grimburg v1.68 & HP68 not function because of smaller bore?
