Dude, it doesn't help! In order to open that .deb file I need iFile or Filza. In oder to have iFile or Filza I have to install those first. In oder to install iFile or Filza, I have to have the functioning Cydia. In oder to have the functioning Cydia I have to have that .deb file. It doesn't make any sence. LOL
