This song always made me cry

I was a huge fan of APC, and I lost track of them, and then I heard this, damn!! Blew my mind... Maynard is God..

I first heard this song while blasting off DMT. My life flashing before my eyes, spiritually opening myself to a clear understanding of existence. It brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. This life is a blessing I can never underestimate. Thank you perfect circle/tool and thank you DMT for giving me this unbelievably eye opening experience.

Been a fan of APC, TOOL & since the early 90’s when I first heard em. But THIS entire album has moved me beyond any other work Maynard has done. It’s like he touches my soul. Sounds crazy I know but fuck ! It’s APC best album yet IMO. Don’t get me wrong i absolutely love all their other work it’s just maybe with age I can appreciate it more. Don’t know , don’t care. It says something different to me every time I listen. Eat a couple caps , put the ear pods in turn this one and close my eyes. Takes all my pains away!

IMO this is one of maynards most relevant songs. It speaks exactly what is happening in our society.

We are told what to think, how to act, what is moral, what is evil. The powers out there, abstract or otherwise, MAynard whether he knows it or not comes from the punk scene.

APC covered dehumanization by crucifix a punk band from the 80s. the song life of brian on money shot, is about punks in LA.

So Maynard knows in his heart the difference between what is good, and what is evil.

and the system currently trying to crush the human spirit, is the enemy of the people.

Think of it like Morgoth. The enemy of the free peoples of earth.

They wish to control your entire being, deciding for you.

Saying, if you dont see things our way, and submit, you will be punished.

and in that i say, bring it the fuck on.

I will never submit, i will never bow down.

In my heart, i am a punk, and i stand against systemic control, and neo establishment norms.

No matter how faker and noble they pretend to be.

They dont give a fuck about human beings.

IF they did, they wouldnt be trying to kill you at a young age, and suffocate you with mask mandates, and governmental dictates.

They dont care about gay people, trans people, woman, or POC. They are used as a shield to justify impeding themselves on the liberty of other people.

They are fake, and they use you to push an agenda which in the end is ultimately about their own power, enrichment, for their benefit, to your detriment.

They hate you, they think you are stupid, and blind, which is why they say they are for human rights, then turn around and allow thousands to inject a poison that can kill a teenager with a heart attack.


WAKE UP. You are no longer standing against the system.

You are the system. and you must realize this if you are to break free and unite with humanity.

You think people on the other side hate you for being trans, or hate you for your skin color or gender.

The truth is, they, we dont hate other humans. Humans are us, and we are human, so we stand as one whether you agree or not.

We hate the power using your identity, your appearance, as ammunition for their own causes, for their own financial gain, while truly giving nothing back in return.

When you stay divided, and blinded, you are alone, and you are weaker.

But as one people. One resistant voice, you are more dangerous then you could ever imagine.

Stop allowing identity to turn you against each other. That is the point of corrupt fascism, to keep you alone, and to keep you from ever being a threat to their power.

People think, that others are out there supporting politicians that are being railroaded by the system, but its not because they are the threat.

Its because the people are the threat, and the leaders we have chosen are standing in between the people and that corruption.

and everything they suffer, every hit they take, is for us.

Not themselves.

Billionaires dont need to become a president to make money.

But a poor politician will become a president to enrich themselves. Because they ar too stupid to do anything through legitimate avenues.

If a president is a rich man, who is w3illing to be president for pennies and use their own money for the betterment of the people, then that is a good man, willing to face destruction, for you. Because he isnt making any money. He is in fact, LOSING money.

We all know what im talking about.

And a president who doesnt have the means, but needs the money to be a player, will take corrupt bribe after corrupt bribe, until their soul is black and they are tottally compromised of any integrity or will to help those that cant help themselves.

What would you rather have in a crisis, 700 dollars?

Or what we were given during covid on the order of our leader, thousands in unemployment.

I survived the pandemic, because of the help i got.

IF it were to happen today?

It would happen to destroy you, lose your home and everything, because the most financial help you would ever get, is a 1 time check for 700 dollars.

People are viewing things through the wrong lens. Since we have lost sight of who the establishment is and what it is.

The establishment, is established power, to dictate policy and control narratives and lives.

Pharma, and the politicians who lobby for them, is a great example of what the establishment is.

Wake up. You are a slave, who gives other people the tools, and the ability to silence you through censorship and moderation.

Fast forward 20 years I'[m obssessed with the hidden meanings and enjoy this so much more.
Who would have known I would have got on a plane to play EDM concerts only to find out I moved close to were Maynard resides. Love it, Would love to ask the artist to do an upbeat remix to play to the EDM community. They need to shy away from substance.
