Hiking 40 miles on the Timberline Trail in Oregon

What are you using to record sound? Specifically the sound of your footsteps and ambient sounds?

We also did in 2 days, camped at Cloud Cap 3 years ago. Have you done St. Helens? Doable in one day. PNW is beautiful, many places to visit.

When I see this beautiful nature, I feel my heart breaking because I live in a desert in a Retarded country called Saudi Arabia, where there is no nature, no rights, and no respect for humans. I want to immigrate to Europe, but I am not brave to make a decision like this, and I do not have enough money and no support from my family, but I have hope to achieve my dream one day, even if only in... The last day of my life.

My late Mother and Father stayed at the Timberline Lodge, shown in the opening drone sequence, on their honeymoon in 1955. Beautiful stuff Kraig. One can not thank you enough for taking all of us along on your adventures worldwide.

For such a heavily visited place, the trails look totally neglected. Fallen trees and erosion throughout. Water crossings are a joke.

Have been fascinated by mountains all my life, by mountaineering most of that and by the history and stories about climbing. Though I’m scared of heights and will never climb them, it’s been clear for a number of years that things have gone too far, at least in Nepal. Good on ya for speaking out on this.
