This is the thing that I always keep on talking about my ex boyfriend. The side effects of smoking and drinking alcohol but he doesn't want to believe me and he still do it. Now that we are separated because he dump me he choose a girl who also drink alcohol 😒.

I thin its been like 5 months for me i quit both with no turning back

I didn't have some night and day change of life and i became some billionaire that saw the light

But i do feel better, i tihnk more clear, i am not angry randomly i sleep over all better as i wake up not tired
I no longer have my friends that have nothing more but the same over said stories over and over, i don't wake up wondering about money i can't recall, i not worried about STD test i need to take becuase i have no idea who is next to me the following day

I don't have to worry about calling people to say sorry for insulting them, throwing them treats, or saying offensive things to them or their families..

In all, i meet NONE of the results these videos have but i had my own..

Quitting was one of the best things i ever did in my life, and this is me 40 years living saying this

These drugs are dangerous.

Cannabis is the best option. It's the best medicine and has helped my life dramatically. It helps smokers and alcoholics quit.

It's fact that alcohol is worse than tobacco

I don't smoke nor do I drink alcohol,And it a fact that alcohol, next to prescriptions is the worse legal drug

Drinking alcohol will always be worse than tobacco

Have never tried cigarettes nor am willing to. Have taken a few sips of wine just to taste and disliked it but I know that I won't start drinking it as is very bad for health. Will always prefer water and fruit juice over alcohol.

If you're smoking too much then move on to Alcohol. Best decision in my life.👍

I've tackled smoking over a year ago. Now I am taking down the drinking but this is honestly harder than anything else I've ever done.

I'm gonna quit it today onwards, please help me out to make it happen

I have been smoking and drinking very heavily for the last 10 years I think. I have never gotten a red face or slurred my speech and only a couple of times have I lost my balance. I want to stop drinking, but I'm afraid that I've been doing it so long that it may kill me to stop drinking. Anyone with advice from personal experience, I would like to hear your opinion on how I stop myself from damaging myself.

i was a smoker and an alcoholic from age 15 to 25. I'm 26 now and can safely say alcohol was by far way harder to quit. At least for me the withdrawals were 1000 times worse than with cigarettes plus cigarettes only went with alcohol for me. Basically without the alcohol i didn't have the urge to smoke anymore. I smoked about 10 cigs a day for 10 years. I am about a year clean from both and don't have the slightest urge to smoke. But every once and a while its hard not to drink.

I am 22 and I used to have a terrible drinking addiction. After seven months clean, I am now going to kick tobacco. I know life will be so much more beautiful

I dont smoke , but when i was in my late 20 i tried cigarette , marijuana and local bidi which contain nicotine but that act was part of curiosity and exploratory nature but since last 6 years I didn’t even smoke , in fact I don’t like that smell and do drink once a month with awareness ✌🏻

Honestly I rather be a smoker because if I'm a smoker I'll still be in control
