Is the chatbot censored like chat? GPT is? Like I know with chat GPT you can only ask certain questions. Otherwise it says that it's not able to answer them. If I could figure out how to build something like this that would be amazing if it could not be censored.

hey man, I've medical books that had to be concept strengthen by me
how can I train it to ask line by line MCQ type questions from the topics, and after I answer it whether y/n, if correct proceed with next question and if wrong, it'll give a small explaination and proceed to further ask questions in same MCQ format?

I have question if you can help me, In which way I can give or upload books such as medical books for ai or Any LLM to use it as a source of information when I mention it or ask about information in it
