ОтветитьOkay so i found out that while standing shoulder press i make all the mistakes. Rotating the dumbbells, pressing my elbows to the back and arching ma back. :D

ОтветитьI'm currently in the midst of a three day split program that I built using Scooby's Workshop from about ten years ago.
Push/Pull/Leg and Core days
I'm three months into the program, and I've put on noticeable muscle mass, but my shoulders look seriously underdeveloped and I'm not sure how to correct it. I THINK it's my mid and rear delts that need work, as my front delts get plenty of love from my push work out.
Which exercises would you recommend to throw into the three day split routine to maximize shoulder growth? I am thinking the side raises (angled) and the exercises incorporating the bench would work best.

ОтветитьIncorrect now. New study say position the feet the opposite way when doing the side lateral dumbbell , move the feet further away and lean in to the bar that you’re holding.
ОтветитьIf you lean in with lateral delts raise instead of out, you get a bigger stretch without losing range of motion ;) 💪💪
