Connect 2 Switches in Cisco Packet Tracer | Explained

Can I use this packet tracer and upload sh run from existing network? Will it map it all out for me to show any overview? We have a large network with about 15 switches total so adding additional switches to the network is not easy. I would like to use this packet tracer to mimic my real network so when I need to add a new switch, I cam confirm the comfigs won't create any network storms. Thank you for any help!!

What if we don't set up vlan..dothe packets move

whats the purpose of creating vlans on switches?(is it a way a switch to recognise another switch?)
