Recently my computer decided to not boot completly anymore and the VGA led of my Mobo is glowing. I have tried different GPU but it doesn't work. It might be the RAM because i had issue with it in the past but i can't find answer to my problem. Does anyone have a tip ?

When I shutdown my pc ,Cpu debug led on motherboard blink once for fraction of second at the end of shut down process and then device completely off. Is this normal or there is any problem for which cpu debug led blink once just before completing the shutdown process?

That's actually so much improvement and it had told me of a dead ram too before but this time when it's not booting it not even comin' to any of these lights... What could be the issue .. PSU is fine too.
