I'm just getting back to exercise finally and your workouts are always perfect. Lowering my blood sugar and getting stronger every day. I've thanked you before but I have to say again: thank you for what you do!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

ОтветитьLove the on-screen prompts to cue the moves. I can mute the sound and still follow while not disturbing others in the house. Also perfect for the hearing impaired, I imagine! Keep it up!
ОтветитьWhat a totally amazing cardio. U really fit everything in. After a weeks holiday that was a sweaty but needed workout. My Jules repeaters playlist is at volume 4577 lol I love every cardio one u do. I think because 30 seconds is doable and u don't get bored but u work every area. Off to do upper body .....wish my arms luck lol

I've followed this workout all week and found that on days 1 and 2 I'm focusing on learning all the moves.
The rest of the week I'm concentrating on putting lots of extra effort into maximising each movement.
I'm thinking of staying with 1 workout video a week and then changing it each Monday after 6 nightly workouts.
(I go out singing on a Friday night! Lol)

I’ve been absent for 10 days as we’ve gone from the celebration of our son’s wedding to the end of life care for my 89 year old father-in-law🥹🥺. Going through thousands of photos and even more paperwork means too much sitting😵💫. I woke up early this morning and was determined to start the day out on a positive note! Amazing how 25 minutes exercising with you can improve my mood, thanks Jules❤

Another "Go Fasty"! Love that after the halfway mark you had new sets of moves instead of repeating the first half. I made mental notes of all the fun variations you incorporated but lost track of them all. Just know they were recognized and appreciated -- as always.
