So idk if you ever got it figured out, but yes, he need to wake up on his on accord for the intended effect to work. He has to be fast & counterattack after taking on poisons. So Avenging or Retaliation will achieve that. So he puts himself right back asleep after taking on poisons, & thennnn, when his turn comes around, he'll transfer them. Nub Raids did a great video on it too. Good stuff though ✊🏾

I also have bambus and let me tell you the only reason bambus is not good. It is his passive. In every senario, he wakes up from attacks before he gets a turn and then he never transfers because to transfer, he has to wake up by turn. His passive needs a buff. It has to activate whenever sleep breaks whatever the reason, not only when he gets a turn. By the time he gets to set up his combo to transfer debuffs, your team is dead from the poisons. There is one place where he is actually good though, Iron twins. Decrease speed A1, buff extension with shield and decrease acc with increase acc. Not everyone has perfect artifacts like cc so achieving the accuracy goal is very hard if possible without increase acc buff. I tried him in DT too. He isn't good against bosses. People said he was good for dragon hard but with this video you see the exact reason why he is bad there too. You have to stack poisons on yourself 1 turn before scorch, your bambus has to survive the first tick of 7+ poisons then if he doesn't die from second tick of poisons he does the transfer. It is really sad. If plarium buffs the passive to work on any wake up condition other than turn meter wake up he can consistently do the hard dragon you have seen from cc. Until then use him only in IT. I am currently trying to think of a team for arena with enfeeble spread. I will update the community somewhere else if I find something interesting.
