ОтветитьPlease answer my questions. I have been clean eating the past 4 days and had cut out coffee. So far I don’t have any cravings to eat junk like I did before instead I opt for a fruit or healthy yogurt to snack when I’m hungry. I’ve also been drinking lime (cause I don’t have lemon) water every morning when I wake up and today i did the same thing and ate a avocado egg toast sandwich for breakfast. In the afternoon I had a medium coffee from Tim Horton (3 cream 3 sugar) and I feel really guilt for drinking it. Is there a healthier way of drinking coffee instead of adding all of that sugar and also cutting coffee out completely as part of my diet? Hopefully I make enough sense. I do also want to say I’ve been less bloated these past 4 days of clean eating.

ОтветитьThe point of his video was to teach self discipline. To be able to go through a day with just water and healthy food to be truly happy and baseline dopamine levels. Anything that interferes with this is obviously going to have a negative impact on our health. It's the same addiction. Cigs. Coffee. Alcohol, shopping its all the same, a dump of dopamine to kill ur baseline, overtime leading to brain fog, depression and a whole heap of physical ailments. If u have to question if it's a addiction it's a addiction. If u say to get me by in the morning or regain the will to exist as u said it's a obvious addiction and good or bad addictions they are all bad.

ОтветитьBut if you watch the doctor's video short right before this video, you'll learn that drinking coffee in the morning will increase your Cortisol levels which is already high in the morning. That dr. says to wait 90 min or better wait 2 hours before having your coffee.
ОтветитьYou should wait at least 90 minutes after you wake up before you drink coffee because your cortisol levels are extrenely jogh so drinking caffeine wojld be pretty useless, I usually take this time to:
1. Use bathroom and brush teeth but dont shower or do skin care yet
2. Pray Fajr Namaz
3. Read surah Yasin
4. Workout
5. Drink water
6. Shower and do skin care and change
7. Drink coffee with breakfast

I'm coffee person.
doesnt most home made coffee from coffee pots taste like water most of the time. (It does that becuase your not used to actual coffee your used to starbucks and other sugar coffe) but therefor black coffee or coffee straight from the pot alone is fine. that water you put in the pot gets heated up in the machine and then released on top of the coffee ground that you put into the pot. then it pushed it all out into the cup for you to enjoy. its mostly water and a coca bean.

ОтветитьNot gonna lie this kinda fucked me up today. I’m in the army and today we had a running session in the morning then we got released for breakfast. I had a coffee and then we had a gym session like 30 mins after (maybe it was the time frame idk). I feel like I gassed out too early and my legs felt all shaky. Head hurt too. If I ever drink coffee in the morning, I’ll never do it again if there’s a workout coming up shortly after.

Dude if you drink coffee right after you wake up you get afternoon crash and bro didn’t even research enough and saying that the guy is wrong you are supposed to drink coffee after 90min after you wake up hope this helps!
ОтветитьYes you need to avoid coffee in the morning. Mainly when you get your cortisol spike around 7 or 8am. It is best to sit under the sun to expose yourself to daylight and delay your coffee intake for a few hrs. Check out Andrew Huberman’s podcast on this for details! Stay healthy folks!

I drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, and then I wait 30 to 45 minutes until I drink a mug of black coffee with one teaspoon of sugar I've doing that since 2019 and it made a difference in my day ever since
