5v is Vuot use for sensor why ad dont use Vin and GND 5v for adruino

the robot does not move forward on the line… when i lift it in the air the wheels start spinning… as soon as I put it down on the line it does not move forward

when I'm testing only 3 tyres are moving and when I turn counter clockwise , no tyre moves and when I turn clockwise only 1 tyre very slowly moves. And When I keep one clockwise and one sensor anti clockwise then 3 tyres move and ny car moves in a circle I have changed sensor also .
