World 9-2: Porcupuffer Shore
World 9-3: Missile Bill Mountain
World 9-4: Bob-omb Pipeworks
World 9-5: Cooligan Cliffs
World 9-6: Molten Platforms of Doom!
World 9-7: Frozen Firetraps!
World 9-8: Bouncy Olympic Ovation

I could never beat any of these levels

The amount of fun I had playing this world with my little cousin, the laughter, the joy, and the goofy noises we made.....man

Came here after beating Mario Bros Wonder as I forgot a majority of these stages after years of not touching the Wii game. Man, I forgot the HELL I went through as a kid through some of these stages.

Ranking these levels easiest to hardest getting the star coins without a powerup going in is probably
8. 9-8
7. 9-1
6. 9-2
5. 9-3
4. 9-6
3. 9-5
2. 9-4
1. 9-7

In my opinion, most of the World 9 level themes are inconsistent through the world in which they were unlocked in. Here's how I would arrange the levels:

9-1: Stays the same
9-2: This should be 9-4
9-3: This should be 9-6
9-4: This should be 9-2
9-5: This should be 9-3
9-6: This should be 9-8
9-7: This should be 9-5
9-8: This should be 9-7

Back when I was a kid, I used to play this with my uncle since 2016-2020 and we still play Mario games together. I also played this game with my 2 friends back during Christmas 2019. Ah, the memories.

I got every star coin. How exactly do I “complete” the game?

Despite how obsurdly difficult level 9-8 is, it's my favorite level in the entire game

As a kid, this was the first Mario game I sunk endless hours into. A playground rumor I heard all the time was abt world 9 and the final level having a bullet bill that takes up the whole screen, and it’s near impossible to dodge.
Seeing the climax of the Mario movie being set up by the Banzai Bill, followed with an insane chase sequence, had the inner child within me going ballistic

Wish we had a NSMB All Stars on Switch.

World 9 with 3 siblings was utter hell

Fun fact: During the development of NSMBWii, after beating world 8, Peach was gonna be a playable character but the player movement would screw up her dress model, so that stuff got scrapped. But DANG that would’ve been neat to play as Peach!

I thought this was like the origin of rainbow road but it is actually the levels but better

I genuinely thought this was a regular world, and i was just doing really bad, but as i was playing I soon realized that the makers made these levels extremely HARD... i took me about an hour to complete world 9 level 7...

I came to watch this because I'm not certain I completed these ones or not

HOW IS THE QUALITY SO GOOD ITS A WII

World 9 for my opinion is the best of them. There are so many things from other world that are mixed on a same level, and the amount of effort you have to put on these levels is insane. Rn I’m in world 9-5. I was stuck in 9-4 for about 4 hours just trying to get all star coins (especially that bellow the pipe and the piranha plant frozen pipe) I’m planing to try finishing 9-8 in the first try getting all star coins. This game was my childhood, and after almost 7 years playing it ( sometimes I just stopped playing bcz I had school and stuff + I couldn’t pass a world and stuff… *I got stuck in world 3 for about 2 years bcz I couldn’t pass level 1 💀) it’s finally pleasing to see I’m finishing it. P.S: I’m still playing on my good ol’ Wii, no emulator 💪😼.
