Could you please have more videos about how ocd affect relationship not only Rocd and about angerin a situation when people dont do what person with ocd want to do. I have the feeling I'm the only person with ocd with anger problem and blaming others who do exposure for me.

How to handle a conversation with someone when there are so many triggers that it leads to ocd outbursts of anger? I would like to emphasize that both individuals in the conversation have OCD, and when they argue, one person triggers the other, escalating the ocd triggers. What to do in such situations? How to work on these triggers to prevent anger outburst?

I feel all these emotions. I will feel soo happy it hurts, and a second later(literally), very angry, then sad I get overwhelmed very easily and I cannot interact with others except my cats. I often wish I was unalive 😢

what really helped me w intrusive thoughts was detaching from it by labeling it as an intrusive thought first. i tried to loose my 'care' for the fact that i had a bad thought. just realizing it's an intrusive thought then letting it pass instead of trying to neutralize/ruminate over it or believe that it came from me as a person.
for other kinds of intrusive thoughts, i tried using logic to think things through. for example i would examine my thought - would something bad really happen to me in the future if i don't perform this action a certain number of times? probably not. therefore, i should ignore my thought/anxiety about it because it is not realistic.
it was hard at first but eventually i got to the point where i realized i can just ignore the thoughts (by not giving them attention/choosing to believe in them/telling myself that it's not logical). they showed up less in my brain when i did this.
also, becoming a Christian has definitely given me a sense of peace and helped me make sense of the world, which helped me think through the logic/reality of intrusive thoughts and obsessions.

I think OCD is just a emotion or feeling but depression is something else but i'm suffering with this both as well as social anxiety... is one of the symptom of it....😞😒

i think the worst part is understanding that no matter what you do, you either deal with the discomfort now or stay in the cycle. The only way through it is going through it

Psychedelic's definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression , I would like to try them again but it's just so hard to source out here.

I dont know if I feel that way because of my pocd or because im denial and I cant accept the thing that I think I am, and Im getting anxious about it and cry a lot even at work and especially at home and my head convincing me to imagine the picture over and over again to see if im enjoying it ot not and im not and I got sick of it, but then Im asking myself "is the ocd just an excuse to imagine and I love it or its the OCD and I get nervous and anxious about it" and it feelt so real that i just want to go to sleep and not wake up.

also i struggle with ocd, anxiety, and anger issues if that makes a difference

Yes, I have all these emotions from trauma AND ADHD (the hyperactive, impulsive kind and with bad RSD and Emotional Dysregulation x-x) :D So both makes my OCD worse and vice versa.
But I'll finish the video (for) now. And glad I found this channel through Reddit. Just found out a few days ago that some behavior I deal with is not just anxiety and trauma, but (at least mild) OCD.
Gonna put some of these tips to use and hope it'll work sooner than later ;)

Most people demonize OCD, but I find it quite beneficial and useful. It points out insecurities about myself and it lets me accept those which results in greater confidence and self-love. I think it's about learning to gain leverage even on the things that we think are harmful for us.
