It's a long shot because it's been months since this and I hadn't fully begun investing myself since recently but in terms of Extroverted Sensing, do they always touch familiar objects like a stuffed animal or blanket they got as children (I do that which is why I am asking) I also want to know more about extroverted intuition and extroverted sensing to see which one I am because I thought I was an introvert for a long time but recently my family has told I'm not an introvert because I warm up to people and trust people easily, I have a lot of energy according to them and I am always talking or writing so I'm taking these into consideration, I was in your Facebook group but ran into a lady who wouldn't leave me alone she practically bothered me until I gave her an interview and then tried to convince me I was ISFJ, I told her that her opinion and perspective about me were valid but I wanted to do things my way, she then harassed me so much I had to block her and I ended up leaving just in case there were more people like her, I like responding to people if they reach out but when they get in my face and aren't listening to or respecting what I say, I tend to leave and do my own thing until I find my own conclusion

A side note that is to expand upon the Ne (or Se) function: ExFP have dominant Ne (or Se) and Ti Trickster function. The following is a quote from John Beebe about ExFP's Ti Trickster function. This quote illustrates the blind-spot that "Ne perceiving breadth" (or Se) preference has - i.e. they see the breadth of possibilities and lack the preference for putting that breadth knowledge into a framework that can put those perceptions into practical use.

"How ExFP project it onto others; how it might play in their subconscious mind:
ExFP's: All this archetype stuff ("puers trigger witches", etc. logical frameworks) is just excuses for bad behavior (I actually had one say this to me!):"

I was thinking how Se users are always willing to try new sensory experiences and that Ne users are always open to new ideas. They would make a great team to work together as. Because you need those great ideas partnered with great action to bring into fruition something new. They go hand in hand

I agree - Carl Jung simply noted and described the 8 cognitive functions - i.e. they were not invented but existed in the human psyche for a long time.

Now that we have the cognitive functions model, we have a powerful tool for articulating and analysing a human being.

when the "3rd eye" is opened there's no turning back you understand the functions (not that I have a say in it lol)
