Socko needs to read Foucault and understand that power isn't always the actual physical manifested power of people but that power is always a relation. Power is the way certain discourses constructs the way in which knowledge is created; how the things we think to be true come about through discourse. Nobody puts their arm up your ass and threatens you to go to work, no, you set your own alarm and get up willingly. Then you spend 8 hours a day slaving away for some person who doesn't know you and doesn't care about you who gets all the value of your work leaving you only crumbs... why? Because that relation is also the one that controls the dicourse, the media, the conversations you have at cafés. They make you think about your own struggling and make you indifferent to the struggles of others. You learn to blame others and their laziness and incompetence instead of the corruption, nepotism and unfairness of your bosses.

We need to go back before any white person ever existed. It will be paradise.

Even the way that Bo looks to the camera when he's saying stuff like 'I was just trying to help' and 'I'm trying to become a better person, but when scolding Socko and taking him off, he looks directly at him such that we can't see his face. Then he looks at the camera when singing afterwards.

The wonderful irony of Bo encouraging Socko to say what is on his mind, only to bear down on him when he says what he doesn’t want to hear is an incredible tension that deserves mentioning
