Chenine Lozano is an out of the box thinker who doesn’t take “no” for an answer when it comes to funding loans. As a Real Estate Finance Specialist, she aggressively shops and compares programs and rates to fit her client’s needs. She enjoys creating strategic plans to fit short or long term goals and portfolio objectives. Her work ethic and reputation led her to be nationally recognized by the Scotsman Guide as a Top Women Loan Originator, which featured women who averaged $78.3 million in loan production for the year.
Chenine is mindful of her client’s experience and understands the value of having an available, trustworthy, and transparent team behind the process. She prides herself in her ability to connect with all personality types, solve complex problems, and provide viable solutions to potential obstacles. Access to several lenders in 49 states at wholesale rates, government loans, hard money, private investors, and bond financing allow her to provide multiple financing solutions for
even the most complex scenarios. Not only does she facilitate the planning and execution of the financing, she shares her knowledge as a real estate investor, landlord, property manager, and the renovation process from start to finish. She is honored to support families and individuals hitting the major milestone, from first time home buyers to experienced investors.
Chenine Lozano’s degrees in Communication and Business from California State University Long Beach served her partners and clients well within her chosen industries. She entered the finance industry in 1999, then took a break from banking to pursue her passion in media. As a journalist, host and producer, she went on to work with major networks. She brings added value of utilizing video
and social media from her previous career to raise awareness, educate, connect and keep her referral partners top of mind. During her free time, Chenine enjoys traveling with family, watching her son play baseball, attending sports and music events, snowboarding and paddle boarding. One last
