Thank you for this. My pain body just revealed to me it's deepest fear through rage and bitter tears. Triggered by expectations of people who do not know me. One neighbor in particular. What came out - (heavy breath blown out) was, "If you can't maintain your place, then move!" This is the end of the raging at myself (even though I am still healing from hip replacement surgery from Dec. 15, 2022) and working really hard to heal my childhood trauma and adult relationship issues. I am left feeling that the height of my lawn is more important than my humanity. I am doing my best to keep up. But what the pain body said, really woke me up to how much pain I have stuffed down over my life (if you can imagine this statement by a 63 year old woman, crying out bitterly with much emotional pain): "THERE IS NO SAFE PLACE FOR YOU! HA-HA-HAAAA! HA-HA-HAAAA!"

And I said aloud to myself: "There it is." 😭😭💔💔
