VSDC Free Video Editor - Basic Editing Tutorial Using Drone Footage

Thank you for the tutorial. I’m late to the party, but perhaps you can answer a question (or two)
In VSDC, is there a way to edit (increase or decrease) the volume of just a piece of the timeline as when I was too close or too far from the mic when recording.
With Audacity Audio editor, of course, it is easy, but with VSDC??
Also, is there a way to increase the size of the waveform more than the 4x zoom level. I’ve tried expanding the track by dragging it down, but the wave form doesn’t get taller or bigger.

I Tried To Follow Your Video but when I import 5 videos as you did, it did not turn them into a sprite. Just One Long Video. with multiple clips. The Sprite if it did,, I would then double click it and the 5 videos would be on 5 layers. It did not? What Defaults do I need.

Using VSDC for transferring VHS tape to digital files (about 40 tapes). So far just used the trim function but as I get more into it, may try some fancy stuff!

I love this programm. Just encountered that after exporting my video I get a video that has a black screen at the start, so if I want to share it on whatsapp it wil be a video with black screen and only once you play you see the content. How can I have a video which exposes the content on the screen?

I have 2 questions: 1. Do you believe this is the appropriate editor for me to use to edit a video with audio that I had shot on Zoom? 2. I followed your the step several times were you edit the first video and you simply dragged the "new beginning of the video" to the "0" second line. I have tried at least 10 times. I can not get my beginning to drag to the "0" second line. How do I fix this??

Hello Ed, I am just trying to learn how to record and edit videos using the VSDC Free Screen Recorder and VSDC Free Video Editor to start creating MSFS 2020 Videos. My first attempts have been rather disappointing. After recording about an hr. of flight I found that there was no audio on the recording, so I will have to figure out how to get the audio turned on in the Recorder. Once that's done, your video should be of great help to me in the editing. Do you have any tips that will help me in dividing say an hour long video into more manageable size segments to be edited?

Great tutorial - Q: I want to work on an audio file first (edited portions of it) then I want to move the final segment to the beginning of the layer; is there a shortcut key to do that or do I have to move it manually. Note: once I did move it to the beginning and somehow it duplicated the final cut, also I am doing this with only an audio file, and therefore, all alignment icons are disabled - it looks that VDSC enables them when video or pictures are present. Please HELP, Thanks!

Hey Ed, could you put together a tutorial on multiple camera angles? I'm running into a hoard of issues when trying to create a music video, I'm using 3 cameras and I'd like to fade between the different angles throughout the video, however, I manually start/stop each camera so the clips are all different lengths, I tried to slice/cut them but they don't exactly match to one another, also, the sound is very different from each camera because of their position, I'd like to just use the audio from the central camera, I've tried everything and just don't know what to do, thank you!
