What are the standing rule for people whose visas have already been approved before 2023? will they be eligible for a Temporary Visa after the completion of their study even if they are older than 35 years? just kind of lost here as someone who is going to apply for GTE after the end of my studies in 2024 end.... at the beginning, we were promised 3- 5 years of GTE but now, kind of lost. please help me find some info on it. thanks.

Hi Karl, what has happened to visa policy wrt parents, after submission of review report by high powered committee . Whether all sub classes stand abolished as recommended by committee and what are other recommendations accepted by committee. I see as of now no changes are reflected in official website. Hi Karl thanks so much for your infortmative videos and service..just wondering if there is only 155 aged care visas granted under the aged care agreement..assuming these are onshore applicants then why are they charging an taking big money from us offshore hopefuls for skills assesments when its looking like they have no intention of bringing in qualified aged carers from overseas??

I worked in one Institution from Sep 2012 to May 2021 i.e (almost 8 years 9 months), after that I resigned to that job due to my Maternity break. With the same experience I applied for skill Assessment in August 2023. Within one month I got the positive assessment with experience 7.7 years. Recently from October 2023 onwards I have joined in the same profession in another Institute. Now I have all the salary statements with me related to this new job. As I left with only 5 months experience to get 8 years, is there any option to add this current experience? Kindly let me know whether I need to again apply for new assessment or is there any Update option with skill assessment (VETASSES). Thank you.

I just want to know what will happen to the remaining allocation seats for 491 and 190 which home affairs haven't distributed to the states yet as there are very minimal seats for us to apply. Also, will there be any invitations for 189 visas as it was only distributed once. I have applied for ICT security specialist and Computer Network and Systems Engineer for 189. I will appreciate if you can answer couple of questions mentioned below:

For 186 visa eligibility, do i need to show 3 years experience at the time of application or it can be met at the time of decision?

My workplace is willing to sponsor me. However, my existing visa will be expired 2 months before i have accumulated 3 years experience.

If i am to met 3 years experience at the time of application, what are the visa options you will recommend for me to cover the 2 months gap in my experience? My consultancy is advising me to either go with training visa or student visa? Please advise if its necessary.
