Did You Know Katara, Toph, And Zuko Didn’t Have ONE Scene Together In TLOK

I mean I think they were good friends well into adulthood but retired in their homes which are far and now they’re busy and old so it’s harder. Zuko is like what? In his 80s or something. Probably got back problems which is why he always on that dragon

I feel like Zuko and Katara probably still keep in touch even in their old age. But obviously Toph as she got older became secluded, so while post or during LOK she might have reunited with them, it had likely been YEARS

Im sure they had many reunions before they became very old. Even so people forget that Tough watches over the world from the woods. Zuko has connections because he is the Fire lord. While katara knows many high ranking white lotus members. So she would have connections with the orhers as well.

All this time I've thought they're the weakest of all the benders but if they come up with something like that, which is probably on par with bloodbending, they'll be pretty broken imo 😂

Korra is legit the worst show. Uninteresting, bland, and it pretty much forgot about the original Avatar series and rarely mentioned the original Aang Gaang. 👎🏼👎🏼

Well I'm just glad that they have their own descendants! Especially Katara and one of her three children is her daughter Kya named after her mother who died a long time ago! It's such a wonderful bond that she named her own daughter after her own mother! It's kind of like a tradition sort of thing! And I am starting to identify with Katara because my mother died too! And the truth is I named one of my kittens after her! And tenzin who is the youngest of the family has been following into his Father's footsteps! He sometimes reminded me of his father Avatar Aang! Like father like son and also like a mother like daughter! But they have two sons and one daughter! But they also say three is a crowd!❤

Their kids are pretty close friends so I'd say they kept in touch.

What i find interesting is why toph moved to the swamp. the last time lin spoke to her mother was (nearly) 20 Years ago before the events in TLoK. Was it in Season 3? Wasn‘t Korra 18/19? I think Toph went to the swamp After one of her dearest friends died bc Aang even Met her in the swamp and Time is a concept.

Maybe something called her to Go there, its something that needs to be more explored/explained

So it's similar to the Disney Star Wars sequel trilogy, because Han, Luke, and Leia don't all share a scene together.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SOKKA

Toph is probably the one knows what going on. With katara and zuko. She taught aang every thing to know about earthbending.
Cause she moves those vines.. even though she’s still blind… but katara and zuko doesn’t know that they’re still alive and toph.. cause when katara told Korra her she doesn’t know if her friends are alive… when korra was leaving to go to republic city with aang son..

Sokka, Aang, Kamara, and Toph all lived in Republic City at the same time. Zuko likely visited often too, what do you mean they never had a reunion? It likely wasn't until after Aang's death that Katara moved back to the South Pole and Toph moved to the swamp. Sokka had also likely died around the same time.

I have no doubt they would meet up at least yearly and probably met up more often after Aang died.

Legit the only reason I'd watch LOK is to see a reunion and ITS NOT EVEN THERE

Because if they band together there will be either war or something so important

TLOK was a horrible show. I have a bunch of friends in Japan who were big fans of the original and hated TLOK.

I read a rumor that Toph and Sokka had a relationship that resulted in one of her girls. Rumor was Suki had died and Toph offered sympathy and she and Sokka got close and was briefly romantic. Toph never named either girls' fathers, either.

I can’t believe that Katara looks like Gran Gran, in the legend of Korra

Would have been cool if we saw them together but honestly the story didn't call for it and they all were in different parts of the world it wasn't exactly turn left at the next Glacier for Katara

Is TLOK good? I’m not a fan of the original but I did see it as a kid, I was going to watch it but when I saw in the first scene she immediately bends all 4 elements even though a large portion of the original show was just about learning those, i immediately thought of Rey from Star Wars and didn’t feel like spending my time watching something like that.

It wasn't out when this was released but Toph and Katara reunited in a comic.
