Paid over 300 dollars for the 2019 Filmora Pro just a month ago and another 60 dollars for Filmora scrn and all I got was a PC full of headaches. Not impressed at all and I am now seeing that Filmora posts lots of videos but never answers anyone's questions. Great customer service? NOT!!!


Restart your computer, start recording with screen saver and you're screwed. You cannot reopen screen saver to stop your recording, your recording is lost and not saved anywhere, windows shows that something is using up a tremendous amount of CPU memory and you are stuck restarting your computer to fix the problem. Windows and all other programs work fine once again until you open Filmora. Filmora is the problem.
I don't recommend either of these programs.

Filmora has bad quality from screen recordings and something that really sucks is that there is no 3d effects for editing. 4/10

Can you screen record and record yourself from the webcam? Like game play.....

I recorded using Filmora but I realized the arrow was in the middle of the screen during the recording after it finished as I thought the arrow was not captured once the screen goes into full video mode. Do I need to re-record once more or is there a feature that can remove the arrow digitally?

Imported automatically!!!!!? That has NEVER happened on mine. And Incan't press stop cos after i press record the box totally disappears. Support for filmora is useless. Not even a confirmation of a ticket beingbissued and no response.

The screen recorder doesn't work at all. Files disappear, the recording box doesn't launch, there is no sound despite the right Mic being selected... it's awful.

The pop up doesn't appear for me :/ It did in the past unless the update did move it somewhere else but I can't seem to find it or activate it. I have rebooted the program and computer and nothing happens for me, can you please help?. :)
