Why is India turning into a sex negative country each passing day? How does it make sense to criminalize a man if he's unable to fulfil the promise of marriage due to any reason? Enough women are already misusing their rights, why are we making it hard for men in this country live. Ofcourse laws are needed for when women are genuinely wronged, when they're genuinely being lied to, we do need protection. But what about men who are not criminals but could anyday be made one easily.

I think more thought and scenario making should've been put into drafting these laws. Why are we taking away liberty to explore this part of pur lives when more people are discarding the concept of marriage before being properly settled.

The implications of this are going to be very negative. People will start marrying earlier to avoid being jailed for consemsual sex. Or avoid having pre marital sex altogether. Or they may face jail time if their partner gets angry someday and take away the consent they had actually given. Consent can't be proven afterall.

Clearly understood they lack basic common sense as the laws are in favour of ladies and not gents, so ladies and police can easily misue these kind of laws to book false cases against innocent man, but they don't have any laws which would punish the woman who are misusing these laws and police officials who misuse to falsely allege innocent man😂😂😂😂😂, no gender equality, what an illogical laws have been introduced hat's off😂😂😂😂😂

The second point, section 69 of BNS is a recipe for disaster. The govt basically gave women the power to jail men for a normal breakup with a single phone call without evidence.
