So sad that this is Sarah's final match as player and captain. Phenomenal player and of course a wonderful woman. Really excited to see she will be appointed as one of the Red Roses coaches (transitional coach?) so she will remain a major element in the future of the team.

England was very very lucky at 12 minutes. I think it was about 5cm from being a try.

The ability of the England women to put on the gas and sprint is impressive.

its very easy for your team mates past and present to say " what a player etc etc" but when the opposition queue up to say good bye that shows the measure of a player. I've watched this game about 6 times now and it still sets me off at the end. The roses always play with a smile on their faces and the biggest smile is always No8 S. Hunter Captain for a reason not just playing ability but leadership and respect. I hope she stays in the coaching role to bring some continuity.

We now have two great coaches in the england set up Sarah Hunter for the Ladies and Kevin SInfield for the men any kid wanting to play just look to their career to see how to do it and how to conduct yourself.

Just stop apologising for any bad language spoken on the field. The young children in the street near me use worse language.

the frightening thing is ...england very rarely have a 100% good game they make many mistakes and give away penaltys teams score against them ..one day it will all come together and 100 plus points will come ...they are truly awesome
