How to setup VS CODE to work with UNITY with WORKING INTELLISENSE?

How did you open that project it is saying me to install a editor first... I am using Unity Hub 3.2.0 version

Intellisense is working but it can't detect or suggest void methods like Start(), Update(), OnTriggerEnter2D(), etc.?
