Your grading most times are easy on who you are grading. Till you rank Perry Mason a "B", then you lost your mind or sleep talking. As you stated, Mason was the go-to of a TV show for lawyers. Even putting in the "S" status would have been a down grade. You did not mention, nor may you have known, Mason only took cases not possible for other lawyers getting their clients off. Let's just put it should Mason been alive when Mr. Trump needed a lawyer, Mason would have gotten Mr. Trump off and that would have been the end of all the other trials the former president would be in attendance now.

And I heartily encourage you to re-evaluate Phoenix Wright, based on the original games. He's much more competent there. And many of the malfeasance problems he had are more a result of the legal society in the game/anime world.

Under section 74 of the Civil Liability Act 1936 (SA), a good Samaritan incurs no personal civil liability for acts or omissions done or made in good faith and without recklessness in assisting a person in apparent need of emergency assistance.

Saul is Rightfully placed in A-Tier. He is a criminal. He is good at what he does and he can maximize all his resources including the use of his hired criminal agents such as the blackmailers, hackers, private eyes, thief, saboteurs, etc. But that means if he has to use these people then he himself is not using his prowess in Legal knowledge but fully circumventing it with an illegal act. He's the best Lawyers for the guilty but he himself is guilty and therefore only those with clean hands should come to the court of S-tier.

Phoenix bottom tier

Not counting the rest of L&O shoes still a few left out I am curious about. Laurel Lance (Arrowverse), Matt Murdock and Jennifer Walters (Marvel), Dan Fielding and Christine Sullivan (Night Court).

I think you very unfairly ranked Phoenix TBH, and you have MASSIVELY underestimated his skills and abilities, he IS a genuinely competent lawyer, so good in fact that he had to be outright nerfed in Apollo Justice because literally NO ONE was questioning his knowledge of law. and even if it feels like someone is controlling him, he's still pulled back from literally unwinnable cases, there have been MULTIPLE instances of Phoenix literally being point blank on the verge of defeat in some of the most high stakes cases of any fictional court case I've ever seen, and he STILL wins, that's not even taking into account his unnatural ability to get people to confess to crimes even when he's the clear underdog in the case, or when people outright have mental blocks preventing them from talking he STILL finds a way around everything. Also, the times he was accused of murder don't negate his abilities as a lawyer, plus the first time it happened it was the judges and the prosecutions fault for letting the case go through, being as anyone with eyes would have been able to tell that the defendant clearly WASNT phoenix. he is an EASY A tier without question. Also you completely forgot to mention his straight up unparalleled ability to continue on when literally no one else would, in Bridge to the Turnabout, he straight up almost dies and instead of dropping the case he does everything in his power to keep the case going long enough to get someone to stand in his place. Phoenix literally NEVER gives up and even though he might be wrong sometimes, that's usually not the fault of his own, looking at you updated autopsy report.

Ranking Phoenix in F tier was straight up neglectful of ANY of Phoenix's accomplishments as a lawyer, and I know this is all for laughs and just a fun video, but if you're going to take everyone else seriously, take Phoenix seriously too, because to me this seems like you just lazily skimmed throught the anime and did not play any of the games.
