My eup wont open when i press f11

I can even drag the thing it says circle x

I’ve been playing LSPDFR fine for years with lots of plugins. It seems to me recently I’ve been having tons of issues randomly. Lots of crashes, crashes on start up, mods that use to work randomly causing tons of crashes, and LSPDFR crashing in general. I’ve recently had to delete the spotlight mod and EUP menu

My law & order did not install when i dragged it to open iv , it just sat under zip archive

I did everything as in the video, but when loading the game the LSPDFR plugin crashes and the game crashes

Native Trainer is a mod menu. Do not get it. Instead get simple trainer.

first off i want to say that the tutorial is brilliant really helped me. the second thing is i have downloaded EUP and now my game wont start it keeps crashing so i am just wondering if you know why and maybe know how to fix it?

when i install the eup menu it dosent give me a eup folder

do you set a fps limit or uncapped while playing?

I followed this step by step and now every time I try and load into gat it crashes

i downloaded everything but when I hit f11, the eup menu doesnt come up. is it because I have to download the updated lspdfr?

I cant download any files from that website. It's shutting off my internet every time I try.

Hey I got a question for you how come when I downloaded the Law & Order and the Serve & Rescue it gives me a winrar file instead of what I am seeing on yours?

My lspdfr can't work because of installing this, help me uninstalling it pls

it doesnt work there comes a warning plugin blocken because freezing the game

i did the tutorial but when i reloaded all plugins mine said some dlcs are not present for eup

guys if you dont have the EUP folder in ur plugins folder dont stress, put the eupmenu.dll in ur Game Directory and follow the rest of the video and once in game hit F4 and type in "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" hit enter and then exit game and then the EUP folder should be in ur plugins folder

For some reason when I call for backup they have parachute on or Christmas sweater on idk how to fix it .

Tried to drag eup8.3 into openIV but wouldn’t let me for some reason

So, I'm dragging the EUP Plugin like in the video, but it doesn't show up in my plugins file at all doesn't even show a EUP Folder any suggestions. ?

Hey do you know if it’s possible to convert a replace car pack into a DLC pack? I found some vehicles I love but don’t want them to replace my existing car packs. That’s why I love DLC packs lol

That’s for the videos ! I’ve been following all your tutorials. I’ve added several car packs.

However, with the car packs that have several words, I’m not able to see them once the game is loaded. Such as for a file name” LSPD (Houston) ” or “ 2024 Toyota Tacoma ”

I’ve tried adding them into the dlclist.xml in different variations. What’s the best way to write them in so that they show up in game ?
