ОтветитьWe are omnivores. I'm sorry but what happen to our ancestors eating mammoths? There was no food industry or marketing to tell them what to eat? Also on biological level we are not like herbivores, we cannot digest cellulose, the intake of dietary fiber by modern humans is low.
And vegetarians need supplements to even survive - like vitamin B12 that is only found in meat, eggs, etc.
Milk is controversial but some of us can actually digest milk because of a genetic mutation.
Not sure where he got his scientific knowledge from especially regarding milk. I agree that cattle feed on hormones and antibiotics are not good for humans, however there is an alternative with organic milks. I think that the idea that protein from animal is bad for the human body and milk actually leeches out calcium from the skeletal system are urban myths.

Ответитьi went vegan cos tryin to save $$. tofu and veg are much cheaper option than meats. didn't think i wld enjoy it but now i love tofu and veg! lost 10 lbs too combined with cycling. i plan to add in more exercise hopefully i see much more results. but even right now, i already feel so much healthier after 2 weeks plant based meals. hope more ppl see these documentaries and take their health more seriously.

ОтветитьThis is awesome. Congratulations to everyone especially Carly for turning his life around. I've been whole food plant based for 15 years now and it works for me. I'm in my mid sixties, 5'9" and weigh 130 lbs. I have lots of energy and sleep well. I take no medication.

I''m with Shawn Baker, Jordan and Mikhaila Peterson, Dr. Ken Berry, Joe Rogan and so many others who recognize carnivory as life-saving. And none of them learned everything they "know" in prison. Good luck with your life, Mr. Asse. Speculation and lack of knowledge are not great for producing so-called nutrition information.
ОтветитьI guarantee if you gave the same 6 weeks worth of 2 hours of excercise 6 days a week and whole foods INCLUDING meat, everyone’s health would improve. We’re not herbivores no matter how much you want to believe it.
