Vegeta should of used this attack on Frieza he would of killed him because unlike cell he can't regenerate

Not as a full transformation
As a charge effect.
For this one move.
Where he dared Cell not to dodge.

Trunks' failure was actually foreshadowed within this very scene.

The strongest attacks in Dragonball:
1. Fully charged Final Flash
2. Shin Kikoho
3. Fully charged Special Beam Cannon

Kai dub is good but OG dub version of this scene is unmatched from the music to, “CELL ONCE AGAIN YOU HAVE TAKEN FOR GRANTED THE TRUE MIGHT OF A SAIYAN WARRIOR” lines like that are what made Vegeta so badass

The Japanese and Kai don’t even have a soundtrack at the most climactic moment, right before, during, and after the “Final Flash!” proving how lazy and uncreative they are musically.
