i wouldnt call this risk free + you only hit 1 apartment/sun room with dead scav.... ran past security room/chek15. the apps you went to is prob the most contested area next to lexos and chek15

IMHO grenade cases are always worth looting. If nothing else you might find impact grenades. TP-200 bricks are worth 22k to Therapist and Fuzes are worth more than 10k on the flea market.

yes, what good, empty servers. on ru-language servers, so it will turn out every 5-6 raids if you're lucky. Usually in these places and in the house minted 15, in each raid there are fights with 2-3 groups of several people, and a lot of scavs, so getting loot is a secondary task - the main thing is to stay alive (especially when questing in apartments on the roof)

This is definitely the most $$$/hr efficient route I've seen so far. I still go Woods stash runs whenever I need a guaranteed income but if I'm tryna get filthy rich I'd use this.
