Next on the list is Morgan Tower. It is located along the Bassac River at Diamond Island or Koh Pich. This project was completed in 2022. The tower stands at a height of 210 meters and has 46 floors.

Following that is GIA Tower. It is located along the Bassac River at Diamond Island or Koh Pich. This project was completed in 2021. The tower stands at a height of 178 meters and has 43 floors.
