Playing dark souls 3. Smouldering Lake was not that bad. Because at least it did not poison you non stop like other bad time swamps in the game.

You dont need to talk to the caged enemy on number 9, you can just go to the big boi and walk behind him and get to the mound makers

He talks about the most complicated ending but not the other secret ending that has no achievement. This ending can only be achieved if you follow the path of the canon "End of Fire" ending. As the ending plays out and just before the flame goes out completely (before she can say the line "Ashen one, hearst thy voice still") you must strike the firekeeper. Doing this unlocks the ultra-secret "Betrayal" ending
