My crit rate sucks (10%) and I dont have a single crit rate body piece... not even a 4 star one. Same with boots, not a single speed boot. Relic farming is frustrating ...

so what i'm getting is that the character i was able to roll today is basically this game's version of waver velvet, at least for now

A little bit of an update to this. Bronya makes a great addition to crit welt with her ult and skill. Especially if you’re lucky enough to have her at E1 where 50% of the time she straight up doesn’t use a skill point. Jing Liu is another great option as when she’s in her enhanced form she just doesn’t use skill points. For healers, Luocha syncs really well as he heals the team without use of a skill.

Not complaining i have E4 welt. Getting welt after losing many 50/50s im satisfied hopefully e6 haver soon.

Got an E1 welt, knew i had to find a brax video about him

My normal team comp is fu xuan, jingliu, welt and tingyun. I never seem to run out of sp with this build because both tingyun and fu xuan only need to do their skill every three turns and when jingliu is in mode, she doesnt use sp. Im normally on 4-5 sp at all times.

Additionally, if in SU, use path of remembrance for disassociation and jinglius technique to decimate everything without ice resistance.

Welt is really cool my only 5 star as a free to play player. Voice acting etc is good too

welt cockblocking ability in honkai impact 3rd was unmatched too .

He was my first 5* on day one

I was disappointed at first because it wasn't Bronya, but as you said, he's a turn manipulator in a turn-based game. I knew he would be OP in the end game to come

Unfortunately I don't find that he helps much in MoC because his slows and stops don't delay the next turn, just affect the mobs ability to hit you back for that turn

It's great in Sim Universe, especially if you have DHIL and Wastelander Set buffs, but until his slows actually start preventing the next turn from coming, I can't really justify him in McC

Coming back to this guide, I love using him with Fu Xuan, a Nihility or Harmony support, and a Hunt character. Big sustain, big damage, big fun.

I'm in so much doubt about the character i get on that 300 guarantee.
I have both Welt and Bronya's 5 star signature lightcones.
On one hand Bronya is boosted but i love Welt so much i want him every since the beginning 😭
I have IL Dan Haeng,Blade,Jing Yuan and Sushang as my main DPSes (all of them with their signature lightcones,the 5 star lightcones being R1 and sushang being R3)

I know nothing about this game. Would bronya and him work on a team?

Welt is so mid in this patch.his slows dont rlly matters now in this patch because the bosses kept on taking turns.and also give the other opponent turns..

Using Welt and the abundance path I constantly bully Kafka.

Thinking about this in 1.3 is insane, and not just from a building perspective of how to build welt, but is lore with Luocha (Otto *cough cough.*)

I actually managed to beat most of the game with Welt, even with the not good relic set you mentioned, but I did have a good light cone, and I upgraded his traces. I have him at E0 because my luck with the eidolons he needs is literally zero(same with bailu. I'm close to having my fire trailblazer at E6, and I also got a relic set called Firesmith of Lava Forging. and it deals extra fire damage. It does increase skill damage, but I don't need it because it also increases dmg after using her ult. I will try to get better relics for Welt, but I got a good quantum set for Qingque, but bailu still needs one with healing and dmg boost kinda. Anyways, that's all I want to share. I've already had my fun. Good night.

Is Before the Tutorial Mission Starts good? Or rather, should I go with it instead of other f2p options you've mentioned? I feel like that 40% effect hit rate gives so much space to focus on damage on the relics

Lol. Without realizing, I had already farmed the suggested pieces (except he energyregen rope😢)

I currently have 63% crit rate and 148% crit damage. I will use his relics for IL when I get IL

Originally watched this because welt was first five star, and returned just to say he's still my only standard banner five star every fifty I lost was to welt every standard pull resulted in welt. Here I am I with e4 welt and signature lightcone. He decided to be my main I didn't lmao

Update: not even a full day later I pulled another welt on standard with simulated universe reset ticket. I'm convinced my standard banner only has welts you can't make this up that's six welts everyone else is hiding from me.

Blade is the unit you were missing for Welts comp IMO, As a low skill point user he slots in perfectly as the 4th and my main team that has cleared everything except FH Chaos, with Fire MC, Welt Natasha and Blade feels really good

Can you imprison enemies without breaking their weaknesses?

Why is it always crit rate or crit dmg and never specifically one or the other? Say if I have resin I want to use. Which one is the better value?
