Masks? Wtf, morons.
ОтветитьYou know Bill. I sell propane and propane accessories.
Ответитьterrible show after season 1 tbh
ОтветитьThat’s a church?
Ответить"the fans would love this" FUCK no!
Ответитьthey need to reshoot whole.season 4....ugly ending...dissapointment
ОтветитьI wasn't really interested in Barry, always thought it was gonna be a cheap ripoff of Dexter. I saw an ad on free to air tv in New Zealand during season 4 and was like eh. I was bored one day and decided I'll give the first episode 10 minutes to see if i was right... 36 hours later I'd finished the entire series and boy was i wrong. Amazing show.
ОтветитьBill Hader it's a genius!
Barry is one of the best series ever made!
The history, the way it was shooting, it was amazing.
There were so many perfect and incredible scenes.
I wish Bill Hader create something like that and tells us about Noho Hank story, that would be awesome!
First professional directorship.....fucking hell why cant i ever be good at something first time!
ОтветитьSeason 3 was a disaster
ОтветитьAbsolute masterpiece in every aspect.
Ответитьfrom being victor zsaz in gotham to being no ho hank is a hell of a journey
Ответитьlong live noho hank
ОтветитьI love Stephen Root ever since I saw him in News Radio, a phenomenal comedic actor with serious range and gravitas
Ответитьjust watched the whole show in 3 days, honestly in my top 3, totally thinked about No Country for Old Men watching it, feels like my whole taste put together in place, its like GTA comedy and blood, but the best part was the drama, Bill Hader you are gifted, the best scene visually for me was the chasing in bikes through LA traffic
ОтветитьI’m the 1st secondary assistant to the primary fan. And this all made so much sense and I’m glad they listened to my input. Which was making popcorn on the stove and snuggling up on the couch to enjoy all of this final episode. Best ever close out, this and Breaking Bad. Best writing and direction for any episodic shows I’ve ever enjoyed.
ОтветитьI enjoyed Barry but it got worse and worse. Season 1 was 9/10 then it got worse and worse, sillier and more slapstick. The character development with Barry also got worse and he seemed a different character in every season. I think Bill should have let a more experienced director take charge and he gives his input like the 1st season
ОтветитьIt's really interesting that a minor character who was going to be killed off became the most interesting character. It was a smart move to keep him in the show. I think Fuches story got better. While I didn't care for Barry's story, or Winkler's story, or Sara's story. I think Hader is a very talented director.
ОтветитьBarry really is an incredible show. I laughed my ass off, gasped at certain things and anxiously awaited whatever was coming next. It might be a perfect series of television honestly.
ОтветитьWhy kill crystobal in the first place. Ruined Hanks character and the show
ОтветитьNoho Hank is my favorite TV character of all time. “Barry. Its me. It’s Hank.” It’s going to be hard to beat
ОтветитьBtw... Root in Office Space.. Pitch perfect :P
Mwrrll mrwl I'm gna burn the building dwn.
One of those GOAT line deliveries that I'll never forget :P
I don't wanna be a dick, Hader seems like a nice fella... But I feel like the show was better before he fully took over the ship.
I think it's possible that his sensibilities and unique take worked better when filtered through folks like Alec Berg and Hiro Murai.
There is so much great cinematography involved and Bill Hader knows exactly what he's doing
ОтветитьLet's give some to love to Henry as well. Gene is such a tragic character - brought down by his ego.
ОтветитьThe thing that Barry reminds me of the most is how every time I visit California, I want to just leave as soon as fucking possible. The place is wall to wall brain damage.
ОтветитьI love how munroe just fades away into the shadows
ОтветитьMy god, they used some amputee extras so they could blow their legs off in the shootout/explosion?!
ОтветитьThe fan service first shot he talks about is so reflective of how much the quality of the show fell off from season 1.
ОтветитьI'm glad the actors and Bill were able to come to an understanding, with no resistance. Sally guiding Hank's hand into Cristobal's would have RUINED the shot AND the moment.
She has no reason to be by his side, she doesn't know him like the audience knows him, it would have made no sense.
Best show of the last decade
ОтветитьHank was one of the key characters of the show I’m so glad they didn’t kill him off first episode. Love this show Barry one of my favorites
ОтветитьI had a hard time accepting what was happening on the screen in season 3, when it cut to their weird future I was waiting for it to just be a bad dream or something.. but as the season went on I realized it was actually all perfect, it was just uncomfortable to see just how fucked up a future you'd have if you made the decisions that they did. That's what would happen. There's no escaping or happy endings, just hiding and paranoia and losing your mind. I guess what I really didn't want to accept was the idea that they would bring a child into the fucked up life that they created together. But Barry and Sally were both intensely self-serving and delusional people. Of course they thought they could make a little family together while being actively hunted down. Of course they both thought that they were good enough actors that they could just make new personalities for themselves. Of course Sally fell apart when she couldn't seek attention and just became an abusive alcoholic mother. Of course Barry clung to whatever semblance of "good father" his broken self could conjure. You know a show is an actual work of art when it challenges you to accept the outcome rather than spoon feeding you some contrived ending so you don't have to think about it or feel disappointed by the characters. I totally understand why Bill was tempted to do that with Hank's death, it was really hard to see such a beloved character have such a tragic and unsatisfying end. But that's exactly what needed to happen.
ОтветитьThe entire 4th season was fan service to me. It was all an effort to make us sympathetic to Barry, Sally, and Fuches. They got the "good" ending the fans would want rather than the "bad" ending at the end of S3 that made much more sense. So much of the character "development" in S4 happened off camera because of the hokey time jump. It's fine, there were some great episodes in S4, but had the show ended in S3 with Barry admitting he killed a cop and going to jail, that would have been fine too, and completely appropriate for an anti-hero story.
ОтветитьWhere can I buy the Cristobal by statue
ОтветитьWas it ending the show after season 1 because the rest was pretty shitty and ted lasso level annoying hype when its not that good.
ОтветитьHader as a director is like a mix of Tarantino and Wes Anderson
ОтветитьThe dedication to the art of writing and the intentions was what took this show from amazing to phenomenal. The acting alone could have carried a hoakier show, but the writing was unflinching.
Ответитьwhy am i getting minute long ads with no skip
Ответитьone of the most rare amazing shows out there, it definitely deserves way more recognition, LOVED IT.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhat a fantastic show overall. I was disappointed with the final season but I probably just need to watch it again.
ОтветитьEveryone was so great in this show but I will admit No Ho Hank was my absolute favorite I thought his death scene was absolutely beautiful in the end he looked so peaceful angelic even ❤️
ОтветитьI don't think there has ever been such a show that can blend comedy so naturally into a premise that is so dark.
ОтветитьStephen Root, what an incredible actor, i loved that Fuches saves John.
ОтветитьThey really went hard on the gay angle
ОтветитьBarry disappeared this whole season. Sally evolves, Hank, and Fuches all evolve but Berry with all his heart-wrenching contemplative soul searching in prison goes backwards to pathetic, babbling nonsensical know-nothing bible thumper.
The very ending is even worse. A snubbed-nosed double-action revolver is by far the most challenging handgun to fire and hit anything there is. Barry is surprised when he is at first shot. Does nothing. doesn't want to return fire or take cover. Barry did not see the muzzle flash? All of a sudden Barry is a Slug in a firefight...?
Did Bill Hader lose a good friend or his muse or what?
Awesome scene...kind of just have to ignore the fact that Hank's guys would have smoked Fuches before he even had a chance to shoot Hank...but...theatre of the mind.
Ответитьi thought the guy who played fuches did a damn good job portraying him as a bad ass. Which was a 180 turn.
Ответить
