Atlas Land Claiming Tips And Tricks

Sure you can find scraps of land hanging off a cliff. The point is you can't get any decent land.

The reason a claim flag would be contested if no players are around, could be crewmen. If the claim area has crewmen in it, the crew will cause the claim to be contested. I was trying to claim a base with nobody in it and it was constantly contested. Through trial and error, and a few misplaced cannon shots, I killed the crewmen and was then able to claim the area.

Id hope to see a pve gameplay seeing we both play on hydra den.

Lawless def has lot of places up North but people just pillar like in Ark.. so u can't just place just anywhere like it sounded here.

Pointless. It's better to build on lawless area and have boat for respawn nearby than claim what you showed in this video. No point claiming a a land that i barely touching island and require you few minutes just top run for basic resources.

If it says contested and a body is in the house you cant take the land

If you’re logged out, they have to kill EVERY person within the flag logged out or in, to be able to get the claim

What happens if you don't play everyday. I play only on weekends... will my company land can go any day then? I am sad now.

It's stupid and annoying couldn't contest a single flag since I started poor system

Be careful when trying this tactic on PvP, I had this idea but after a 3 and a half hour sail I got blown up by AI a company had placed on a cannon overwatching their island. We ended up joining said company so it all worked out in the end, just be careful xD

If you claim land to build something then destroy your flag to move your flag will that destroy your building or if not does it make your building inaccessible?

i went to a lawless zone in the middle of nowhere and some dick has built foundations all around the shore line so now1 can build there

the claim timers don't reset. i know the company next to me is active but their claim timers still go down so you have to reclaim the land again after 3 days

If the person is logged off on the land you own then you can not have it stolen from you until after 3 days of not playing. Otherwise it needs raided on pvp and find the bodies.

nice vid.. but claims like that means open war even on pve.. maybe nexst how to kill pve players ships and buildings.. because i can teach ya there { rules of engagement to gap exploiters }

If your on your land people can not claim land from you but if you are off your land they can contest

I love your content. But maybe when you pull up text and highlight shit, rather than doing that bit live, just screen-grab what you want, and then highlight what you're talking about as you go along. One single shot per whatever point you're making.

How do you make the claim circles appear on the Atlas map? I'm not on official, but it would seem like I'm maybe just missing a keystroke to turn them on.
