Or the SteamDeck*
Also is on-screen keyboard still there?
"Older hardware"? Bruh. It needs a "TPM" (trusted platform module), which is a physical thing on the motherboard. And not all have them. Only those built after 2017 or so. Did they remove that requirement?
ОтветитьWell yeah but that pc just turn on and off, you can DO anything "the features" you want they are cut off. tiny 11 is like those people trying to run doom on fridges and microwaves. They do it because they can not because they should or it's useful
ОтветитьNote that u cant install and use a bunch of stuff btw so no, dont do it unless is for a very low end laptop
Ответитьyou can theoretically run that on a pi zero
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me if this is good for games? As alot of unnecessary bloatware is removed it means that alot of dll stuff and things whoch games need to run is also removed right?
Ответить2 months later "how did I get hacked?"
ОтветитьMy only question is can i install it without having to reinstall hundreds of gigabytes of software
ОтветитьThe fact that they can put a store on my device is disgusting 😂
Ответитьbro what about security updates?
Ответитьi installed tiny 11 on my 5 yr old laptop, (and tiny 11 is supposed to work well for old devices) now my laptop doesn’t even turn on…
Ответитьdon’t install this, when I tried this on one of my old PCs it said, YOUR DESKTOP HAS BEEN INFECTED so don’t download
ОтветитьApparently it can now run on only 176mb of ram, which is ridiculously small.
ОтветитьIts good for people who wants an OS on there raspberry pi
ОтветитьCan i use tiny11 for gaming?
ОтветитьNah I will use Linux....😂
Decade??? How about the Linux kernel???🤔
I meannn, I think that even if you have a top end, high market, expensive PC with all the newest component that you should STILL get this installed instead of Windows 11. This one removes a ton of unnecessary bloatware that you'll never use like Microsoft Edge for example. But, you can still download the ones you use from the store. I can't stand bloatware and automatically have to waste my time uninstalling it all. Now, I don't have to!!
ОтветитьI would make a joke about how linux has always been able to do this but after I spent 6+ hours trying to get Assetto Corsa to run on Void Linux I have been humbled
ОтветитьYou: you should uninstall windows 11
Me: no
You can't trust the maker. There could be back doors installed. Don't trust this.
