It will break my heart seeing bubba crying to sleep. It’s not my cup of tea 🍵 I rather be there for my child.

Question about children that sleep in the same room as the parents (our case): we are out of the room at the beginning when he goes to sleep but it our only bedroom so we come in later in the night. Sometimes he wakes up sometimes he doesn’t. Any tips?

Amazing video!
I have a question, we are moving in soon future, my baby is 4,5m old, and I wanna sleep train him. Should i do it already at our old place, or should I wait that we move, wait for him to get used to the new place and than start sleep training. He will be about 6months old than… is that too old for Ferbers method? 🙏🏽
I would very much appreciate your answer 🙏🏽

My 6 almost 7 month old sleeps through the night and can self soothe if she wakes. She depends on rocking and a paci when falling asleep at bedtime. When i put her in her crib fully awake to go to bed she just will play and roll around, even though she's tried. How can i get her to relax and go to sleep independently?

Do you only do the check ins when baby cries? Or whenever they’re awake ? Also what about for babies who can’t sleep without a pacifier?? My baby wakes everytime it falls out and that’s what keeps her up all night

If I was a baby I would hate to be born in a family where they expect me to self sooth at 6 weeks or 6 months or 1 year. They are only babies once, they will only need us so much for a short time. They dont learn to self sooth, they learn to not cry because no one is coming. How sad is that…

Thank you for sabering this. I have a 3 month old and my husband and I are thinking about sleep training out baby at 4 months in her crib. She takes all her naps on her crib unless we’re on the go. I know doctors don’t recommend babies to get out of parents room until 6 months. Is it safe to sleep train in their own room since 4 months?

What do you do when baby tolls on their tummy and cannot roll back ? Do you go in and place them back? My baby does this a lot and I don’t know how it will affect the sleep training.
Also - baby doesn’t eat enough during the day ( maybe 14 oz-17 oz)so he needs 2-3 night feeds or he ll wake up every 1 h . What do you recommend?

Our Baby sleeps 25 min naps during day time ( he will be 6 months in 9 days). He’s eating day time is not enough- so he feeds at least 2 -3 times during the night. Recommendation? I would like to start this so we don t rock him to sleep/ and also to help him connect day naps -longer.

I’m honestly so so shocked. I already notice a huge difference in my 1 year old son. Let me just say a few things before anyone thinks I’m jumping the fence here lol:
My son is FULLY breastfed. All throughout the day and all throughout the night. He wakes up about 4-6 times a night to breastfeed and throughout the day he is always following me around and BEGGING at my knees for a feed about every 1-2 hours. My milk production has kept up with his needs of breast milk.
This method however has calmed him down about bedtime. After 2 times of doing the 10 minute intervals he’s quieted down quite a bit and has gone to sleep on his very own for the first time. Im IN LOVE with this method. Thanks so much for this helpful video!!!

plis don't do it, It can bring many consequences on a psychic level, babies need support, this will only cause the baby to get tired of crying, and consequently think that he will not have the support of his mother

This is child abuse. You expose an infant to what the child is most afraid of, being left alone.
The child is powerless and needs protection, a small child needs to be comforted when he/she is frightened.

They adapt because they have to. They capitulate to the horror of being abandoned.

My husband and I we’re desperate so we started this method 3 weeks ago with our 8 month old baby

The first 2 nights were very hard, but the third night she cried just a little bit. Since the fourth night she is been waking up once. She doesn’t sleep the 10-12 hours in a row but at least she is not waking up every 2 hours as she used to do.

Every night since we started the training I put her in the crib and she doesn’t cry and in about 10-15 min she finally falls a sleep.

My husband and I were skeptical about this method but in our experience it worked out.
