Thank you for making the installation so understandable and simple. Much appreciated!
ОтветитьThanks !
ОтветитьWhy do we need to install the jumper cable?
ОтветитьAwesome video! Thanks for the step by step. Makes the install process so much easier.
ОтветитьExcellent video ❤
ОтветитьIf you’re wiring it to the existing wires on the house why doesn’t the chime work when you wire it?
ОтветитьGood advice. Great video. Thank you.
ОтветитьMajority reason I went with a Chinese knock off and has no monthly fee! It can be installed and work with my existing doorbell chime.😊
ОтветитьWhat if I don't have a door bell chime ?
ОтветитьThank You!
ОтветитьDo you still bypass the chime if the existing chime is digital?
ОтветитьIf I buy the ring with the chime, do I put the chime where my previous old chime was? Will it work?
ОтветитьWhat if your doorbell has multiple wires, and they aren’t labeled. How do you know which is which?
ОтветитьYou talk too much install please Dang!
ОтветитьWhat they don't tell you is, don't just check the volts and hertz at the doorbell. I checked mine before buying the doorbell and I got 11 volts at 60hz. The ring camera says 10-24v is enough, it's not. For some reason it just wouldn't work with my existing transformer, of course I had to buy their transformer for some reason. Even though mine put out what's supposed to be the acceptable volts.
ОтветитьWhat if I don't want my current chimes disable. Do I have to disable them???
ОтветитьDude just leaked his address without knowing😂😂
ОтветитьJust FYI, you gave away your address in this video.
ОтветитьYou are the best, I got tired trying to install this but your video made it so easy, thanks
ОтветитьI was going to pay someone to do this for me but I followed your video and got it installed in 20 minutes thank you so much! Thorough and easy to follow.
ОтветитьMask on
ОтветитьGreat video!! I installed mine about a week ago and last night around 1127 it lost power… and clues as to what’s going on?
ОтветитьWhy does it disable the house chime? I have my doorbell 2 connected to the hardwire with the battery and the house chime still works i never used the ring plug in chime
Ответитьsuppose i want to install this doorbell on the side of the house, not the front..do i still install the jumper cable
the same way? front/trans? or suppose i want to install 2 of these doorbells, one for the front and one for the
side, how would the jumper cable be installed then?
Do I have to drill through the door to install it?
Ответитьdo I shut the power off?
ОтветитьI wouldn't install one if you paid me. Voluntary loss of privacy does not interest me.
ОтветитьI only want to use the camera bit...how do I fix this?
ОтветитьBest install video! Will install mines tomorrow !
ОтветитьThanks so much for this. Almost returned it because I couldn't figure out how to get it installed lol
ОтветитьDo I need an existing door bell?
ОтветитьHelp me
I have old doorbell and chime and it was working without the transformer it worked with 230v
So is that mean I need to install the transformer
But where should I install it I removed the old chime now and old doorbell 220v
Help
Thanks in advance
Can this system ring through your Alexa devices instead of buying the chime box?
ОтветитьAwesome! Installation went great thanks
ОтветитьHow does this bell allow remote viewing without connection to a Wi-Fi router?
ОтветитьThanks for this. I'm upgrading from two blink doorbells that keep failing. The customer support keeps telling me it's my issue and that I need an electrician but I'm not an idiot and the voltage is stable and within range. I hear Ring's support is amazing and they have human monitoring once I get the expanded system.
Ответитьand i hate that i cant get replies to questions... so i watch video.. i have questions but cant get any answers... so frustrating
Ответитьthe Ring tech on the phone was useless..
Ответитьstill no mention of how to similtaneously use two of these.. one on the back door and one on the front and what to do when there are TWO chime boxes not one...
ОтветитьCan I put the jumper cable at the transformer?
Previous owner removed the chime box. I know where it was at but I dont really care about have a chime, just want power at the door so I can install this.
how to hard wire ring into a car electrical and wifi network?
ОтветитьGreat video , best one I've seen 👌, Thanks alot .
ОтветитьI have two doorbells on my house. They were here when I moved in. Neither of them work. How do I know which to try to install my ring doorbell on?
ОтветитьThank you SO much, this video was incredibly helpful.
Ответитьso this ring doorbell, doesnt work with mecanical chimes ?
ОтветитьSo without chime , where does noise / chime come from ? I have a echo dot but that’s in my room. Will I hear it anywhere else or just from phone ?
ОтветитьI just got this as my Christmas gift, I wish I had the chime seperately 😂 but that’s ok I’ll be able to buy them myself
ОтветитьSo if you don't have you phone near by you will not know some one is ringing the bell, but wait we will sell you a Ring remote door bell, for additional money, Good by I don't need this BS
Ответитьdo you have to disable your door bell chime??? or can you leave it, will the door bell work with out the jumper installed
Ответить
